There's always something to learn and to optimize, the devil's in the details. This guided Wietse to become one of the most dominant breaststroke swimmer of The Netherlands. It also drives him to become the best he's ever been, also outside the pool.

In his competitive career, he earned 65 national medals and 20 national titles. Wietse was the 9th person ever to swim all 100 metres under the minute mark.

With the love for the human body he became a physical therapist and knows a lot about the human body, performance and injury prevention.

Now he wants to inspire and coach others to get the best out of their career.
